What are you afraid of?

It can be a real strength to recognize your fears. By being aware of the things that frighten you, you can assess whether fear is helping you or negatively impacting your life. For instance, a fear of moving forward may sometimes motivate you to take action in a positive way, like by experiencing a wider variety of things than others. However, fear's negative aspects can sometimes be more damaging than you realize. Living with fear not only prevents you from living life to the fullest; it can also have a significant negative impact on your energy, health, and your close relationships if not kept in check.

Our feats and apprehensions are endless. I fear for so many things at one moment, then immediately I realise, there is no need to fear an unknown or future event, situation or circumstances. When our thinking process works, we argue within our minds, and thinkg - 'if' this happens then what.... If and but can spoil our thinking, mentality and life. I believe - 'Let us cross the bridge, when we reach at the bridge'. There are some situations in life, which cannot be exactly predicted or exactly assumed, therefore, unwanted and unnecessary apprehension about those things does not help us. An excellent post! + rated.

Some may be afraid of the unknown or what future have in store for them if they move forward. They prefer to stay in their cocoon state thus preventing them to excel in their ability.

No. I don't work that way. The moment I tell anyone whjat I fear , they will have power over me and I will have to kill them,. So I Never tell.If it impacts me negatively then it is okay with me.

fear is primarily the thing that doesn't make anyone successful. though, it saves lives, at times. concerning life's success, fear, as we all should understand, is only a product of our imagination. it has not happened yet!yes, there might be a possiblity but how can we be sure? then the answer is to take the plunge and not think of fear,as if it does not exist. only then we can say that i have succeeded because i have moved.

I have a fear of doctors and I have tried to address it but without any luck.. I do continue to try and get over this but without any great success.. I do not even know why I feel this way but I do thank God, that I am fairly healthy anyway without the doctors.. I do go when I desperately have to but not for regular checkups.. Hope speaking it out loud helps.. have a greawt day..
