I have bought my domain name and now need the site builder/software to build an article directory (niche market) from scratch. I need it to have the capabilities that would allow writers to submit and manage their articles. I have no idea how scripts work and that's what I've been told I need. Is there a site builder available that would allow these types of capabilities that doesn't require me to be a genius? Any help is appreciated!!!
