Tongue tattoo?

Has anyone got their tongue tattoed? Or would anyone consider getting it done - I recogn I would! I think it'd be pretty cool. I only found out recently that it was possible :)

I have never heard of anyone having their tongue tattoed before, is this really possible!!! I do not think that I would though because if it can be done I would imagine that it would be extremely painful.

It is possible, but you'd basically only want a line or a dot; the tongue is too porous and moist to take the ink very well, so no actual design could really be achieved - it's not ideal tattooing skin.
I wouldn't mind getting my tongue split, but I wouldn't get it tattooed - I have other skin to cover =)
