I hate it when I start discussions, and I *think* I have looked for typos but when it comes up on the screen there is a glaring one right in the subject line! And one that took away some of the amusement of the title! Do you ever do that???

I most certainly have. I had a bit of a rant earlier this week about not being able to make corrections to post after seeing the mistake. I really wish we could because no matter how thorough I thnk I have been something pops out at me after the post is made. Goes to show how much erros may have been on my english papers when I thought' oh come on why did the teacher take a point from here or there'. It is annoying though and based on the typoI may even feel quite embarrased.

I apologize I haven't responded before now. My user id is in reference to the Bible- Proverbs 31 that says in part "...her worth is far above rubies". Thanks for responding. :)

Yes I do that often. lol I hate it too. I try to check for every misspelled word, but 1 or 2 always seem to get away. Mistakes happen though.

Dont worry there are a lot of people like this. I always preview my discussion and posts first. But still a few mistakes slip by.

Hahaha, we all do it. I use spellcheck and have even done it AFTER spellcheck found nothing wrong. It happens, don't let it bother you. We are all used to reading between the lines, so to speak.

Me too specially when it makes gibberish out of what I wanted to have some appeal. I hate those typos where you hit just one wrong key and the whole word is wrong and makes the sentence seem sort of wacky.I think I have really done a good job editing and post then see the error in glaring black and white and wish there was a second preview button or something to repair my damagelol I know some readers probably go oh no cant she even spell right? yep I can spell just cannot hit the right key at times.
