Cast away plane crash

Has the scene of the plane crash in cast away affected your flying? I think the scene is so well done that I must admit it has spooked me quite a bit and everytime I watch it I can just sense that fear people that are afraid of flying feel.

I have seen the movie Cast Away and I have to admit because of movies like that I am afraid to fly,cause I am afraid of the plane crashing,that and movies like Air Force One make me afraid that the plane will get hijacked.

I remember when I saw Castaway, it was with a friend. After the movie, we decided to go out and basically pig out. The joke that we shared was that after watching Tom Hank's character starved, we do not want to feel deprived.
As for your question, it did not really affect me that much, except probably not trust my packages to FEDEX anymore. Just kidding on that, FEDEX comment.
I did enjoy the movie though, although I can't look at a volleyball now and not think of poor Wilson.
