Is Race 4 offers gone for good?

Race 4 offers was a good site and I had been paid by them through paypal.I recently was just doing thier ptc's on thier site and was saving up my points to cash in for 20.00 into paypal.I only had 160.00 in points and it took 200.00 points to cash out my points in, turn it into 20.00 cash to be put into my paypal account.Well I log in or try to login tonight and it says the site has been suspended.Has anybody else had that happen to them today?It upsets me to think that they wont be back up and my points will be gone.And all that hard work!I also noticed that Diva Dollarz is going down for awhile due to financial difficulty.So I am hopeing all the gpt's dont start closing thier sites or getting thier sites suspended.
