Do you go for the island vacation? Or Rainforest Jungle vacations? Vegas?

The last trip we took was to Vegas cuz it's always a good time as long as you don't take it too seriously. I like to go just about anywhere though i'm not really a homebody type. What about you?

Difinitely the jungle. Although I love the sea, I've fallen in love with the jungle after visitng Belize and Costa Rica. In Costa Rica I had the best of both worlds when I stayed in a cabina on the Osa peninsula overlooking the Golfito Dulce of the Pacific. The ocean surf 500' below from the front porch and the jungle sounds behind me.

I go for an adventure to one or more of the countries on my wish list. I like to fly to an airport, then take buses or trains around a region, staying in different locations. I flew to Cancun in Mexico, then traveled to Belize and Guatemala. On that trip I spent time on palm fringed beaches, snorkeled around a coral reef, saw native wildlife, went on a cave adventure and climbed Mayan ruins in the jungle. I love to do an island hopping itinerary like I did in the Seychelles and then in the Maldives. The Philippines would be the ideal country of me to explore with its islands, coral reef and native wildlife. I sometimes like to explore cities with attractive architecture but this would be part of a trip rather that the sole focus of my holiday.

I go for backpacker holidays. Rather than package holidays that most other 20 years olds enjoy. And rather than going to another country just to still be surrounded by other English, spending all my money or drink and clubbing, and experiencing no culture at all. I'd much rather be backpacking around a country, eating and staying in the local places, hopeuflly not to run on tourism.
