What's your unhealthiest habit?

My most unhealthiest habit is skipping my meals. I know breakfast is the most important meal, but I always skip breakfast and sometimes lunch. As a result of this unhealthy habit, I am currently underweight. I am trying get rid of this bad habit so that I can gain a little weight. What is yours? How does it affect your well-being? Do you think you can get rid of your unhealthy habit?

The same here, I know very well that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I read that One possible cause for liver damage is skipping breakfast but I still skip my breakfast. Though not like before, this time at least I forced myself to eat bread in the morning. Another unhealthy habbit that I do is lying down right after dinner. I always do that and watch tv until I sleep. I never exercise.

Oh..I didn't know that skipping breakfast can cause liver damage! That is really dangerous. I going to try my best not to skip breakfast from now on. Why do you lay down after dinner? That is really not good for your health.

I have to admit that my unhealthiest habit is smoking. I have tried (and failed) repeatedly to quit smoking. Each time I start with good intentions and then it all goes horribly wrong. I know it is bad for me and I know I really have to quit so maybe next time I will get it right

I guess that is mine too. I don't think of it as unhealthy. I eat when and only when I am hungry.I never eat breakfast because if I did, I would feel sick for the rest of the day,.On work days I don't eat until I get home.I don't see me changing anytime soon.

yes i biggest problem now is how to maintain my time to eat. i always skip eating not only breakfast but all of the meals. today, i skip breakfast and lunch because of some work that i am going to finished this day. Similar to you, this is my unhealthiest habit.

My most unhealthy habit is the amount of pop/soda that I drink. I drink far too much. It's unhealthy in so many ways. It's bad for your weight. It's bad for your teeth. It's just all around empty calories and bad news. I try to cut down on the amount I drink but it never really lasts. I keep saying I'm going to try again.

I think we share the same habit and same result. Worst thing for me is that I am a boy. Getting underweight is more worrying for me. I have made up with my decision many times to get up early and have breakfast, but I didn't make it last longer than a week. Anyway, I hope my dicision next time will count. Good luck to me.

My unhealthiest habit would be biting my nails and rubbing my eyes. It just come naturally and hard to resist.

I tend to skip meals too. I also like fast food at lunch time a little too much. Part of me would like to give up drinking soda. I really love Coca Cola though and I don't like water at all! So, the other part (the majority) doesn't want to give up Coke no matter how bad it is for me.

Hello ellie. I think that my unhealthy habit would be to delay in doing something like an errand for myself or something that needs to be done or fixed. Like at home, I'm the DIY guy and my mom would ask me to repair the lights or pump the sink and I would take like forever to do that. I know that it kind of is none too good to delay things but it has been a habit of mine. I'm trying hard to kick it. Oh yes, if there is another worst habit of mine, it has to be smoking. I smoke like a log on fire and I need to stop, LOL!!

For a while there I almost thought I was reading something I may have posted and forgotten. I skip my meals far too often but I dont think it makes me underweight. Two things I will say here that are my bad habits: *chewing gum far too frequently. *skipping meals. These habits have landed me with gas pains too painful to bear again. (lol)

mine too i skip meals way to much i hardly eat anything throughout the day. When i get home it is so late that i don' feel like eating. I also smoke and wished i didn't but the other bad habit i have is the overwhelming stress in my life. Which makes me smoke more and sleep less and stress more. I have to get my life back on track again and do what is best for me and my family.

I have, for over the last 40 years had the bad habit of skipping breakfast and lunch, but I have never been underweight.. I so however, start eating at about 4 or 5:00 and eat until I go to bed, which is a very bad habit.. I will never lose weight this way.. I am not sure that I can change now after all of these years..

Eating sweets when I say, I will cut back. Eating them when I am taking my vitamins. I try not to eat any junk while on my vitamins. Eating junk will not help the vitamins work like they should.
