Which is the most violent movie you have seen

I watched Apocalypto a few months ago and was quite appalled at the violence portrayed. In my opinion Mel Gibson was just trying to show a lot of blood and gore in the movie without any particular reason and then tried to make a theme out of it to defend the violence. Are there any violent movies which you have seen which left you feeling gory?

I think the worst films for violence currently are some of the horror series, such as Saw or Hostel. Not only are they violent, and sick with it, but they seem to glory in it.

Yeah, I agree Apocalypto was really violent. Another one that I can think of is Kill Bill. That was just too much for me. Oh, and 300....but the hunks made up for it! LOL!
