How much time do you spend on the Internet?

It depends, on weekdays, I spend around 8-10 hours online (since I work for an online company) so thats about 50 hours for 5 days and about 8 hours on weekends. I'd say i spend close to 60 hours online per week.

I guess I am an internet addict+ lol. Before I found Mylot I was spending close to 28 hours a week online. Now, if I continue with the schedule I've been keeping since finding mylot it will be more like 60+ hours a week. However I am disabled and I do most of my socializing online as well as any suplimenting of my income that I can. So I see being online as my job and as my recreation. Therefore I am not online all that much. Because if I had a job that was 40 hours a week and replace that with 40 hours online then I am only on here about 20 hours for recreational purposes. (which I'm never on here for rec anymore because I am usually working.)

Gee, if that's how many hours an internet addict is online, then I guess I must be one lol. Although, in my defense, I don't really get to see people because I no longer am able to drive and get out of the house much. I look at being on the internet as a way of keeping in touch with the world. I belong to a lot of support groups, and try to help other people by being a friend. Then I have my discussion groups, like this one. I've met a lot of cyber friends, and without them I would probably be more lonely for human interaction. So, yeah....I guess I qualify for being an internet addict :-)

It really depends on the situation. At work, I am 8.5 hours in the computer and internet. When I go home, as much as possible, I sleep or spend time with my friends and family to balance my activities. Cheers!
