What is best medicine on pimples?

The most common problem all youngsters face is of pimples. What do u think is the best medicine? I will suggest to try clindamycin phosphate gel which works best for me. I used to get lot of pimples because of body heat. So all beautiful ladies out there try it and thank me if it works for u

toothpaste...right before you go to bed rub some on only on the blemish and it should be almost completely gone by morning! Works for me!
