When it comes to considering who to vote for, for the U.S. presidency, which issue, or issues do you consider the most important?

The most important issues to me are the war, healthcare and the economy. I just think these are the things that are really bad right now. I would really like to see the war in Iraq come to an end and I really hate the idea of starting one in Iran. And our insurance prices in America are just insanely expensive right now. I think something really needs to be done to reform our healthcare.

There are several issues that I personally think are very important. 1. economy & gas/diesel prices 2. Health care 3. Homeland security and the war on terror 4. the war in Iraq 5. control issues - how much more (or less) control the government wants in our daily lives 6. education These are the biggest ones for me, though not necessarily in the order listed. There are other issues that I believe are important as well, but these are the biggest ones that come to my mind right now.

Healthcare. It breaks my heart to hear that Americans are going without the basics while billionaires from all over the world fly to the USA to have expensive , cutting edge, life saving procedures that are denied to many Americans.
