i need referals help

how do you get referals i tryed with no excess, do you have web sites that are free, i could use them, also if your interested i have some sites on my profile take a look they are good i have paid already by some of them and with fast results.

I'll be your referral if you be mines when i need one,thats the only way i know how to get referrals is to be someone friend here on mylot,that what friends are for to help one another.I'm going to do this from now on,if they don't want to be my referral their off my friend's list.I get lots of request to be added to my friend's list right now i have two pending,i never turn anyone down who request it but i never ask them to be my referral either,but,for now on that will be my measuring stick.
