I have some lamps that i need to clean. Actually, it's the lamp shades that need to be cleaned but I don't know how I should clean them. They are made of a cloth-like material and have become dusty but when I attempted to dry-wipe the shades, the dust just smeared all over them. Do you know how I can clean them? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on the type of material, or rather, thickness of it as you have cloth lamps... You can use a slightly dampened cloth. possibly a hot cloth if you can, but not to damp. Be sure to use a dry cloth to wipe right after that or something that will keep the lamp from becoming to damp.
