Any mylotters make food out of their homes and have an approved kitchen?

I am going to go to the court house tomorrow and get my business license. I also need to work on getting an approved kitchen, so I can legally sell my toffee. I was wondering if there were any myLotters who have done this before and can give me some idea of what all I need to do.

I don't make food from my kitchen accept for my family. That is a good question. My sis in law is trying to do that. I wish her luck.
