Global warming, climate change, ozone depletion, etc. These are mainly man-made problems. I think it is because of man's technologies that hasten all these dilemma. His mass production facilities has caused mass production of wastes that destroy the environment and causing all these problems. Can his technology solve these problems?

I think that technology, conservation, and new ways of doing things can together solve these problems.

But consider this. There are natural phenomenon that can cause all if not more destruction than man ever caused. Should a super volcano blow, this Earth would be quite the mess, and the mess would be not made by man.

I am not sure that mankind is entirely to blame for global warming or melting ice caps, because there are rumbling volcanoes near and under both caps.
