I am extremely new here (about 2 hours new) and I was just wondering what all of the ways to make money are. So far I have only been responding to discussions.

Well there are a few ways to make money here. One of them is to post a lot but make sure you make your post 3 to 4 sentences because posting 1 sentences dosnt get you money. Also posting pics gets you money think you have to reach about 500 post to be able to post pics but thats an easy way to get you money. And refferals which is probally the hardest way to get money here. So good luck and dont get disscouraged.

Received your friend request and accepted it...and offer you a warm welcome to Mylot. This is a great site and I was happy to see your response that you want to make money...but also are enjoying chatting with others here. This is a wonderful community and in the almost a year since I joined it is the connections I have made that are far more important than the earning. In my view they are a lovely perk for doing something I enjoy anyway. In my experience the best way to make earnings is to be sure and read all the Mylot guidelines so you understand what the responsibilities of being a member here are...and WHY you are earning anything here. Mylot is primarily a discussion forum...and we make earnings for posting and responding to discussions. They recommend a minimum of 400 words for every topic and response. It is a good idea to respond to every response on your site to keep threads going. Positing images and interesting, thoughtful discussions attracts members to your site. If you do that and respond to friends' discussions you will eventually gather more people to you site and eventually develop a reputation...and I trust it will be a good one. As I mentioned the earnings are a bonus...but it is the people here that make this site the great place it is...from my perspective anyway. Good luck and happy Mylotting, Raia
