How do u make your web page?

I use Dreamweaver for the basic structures and content and TopStyle for the external CSS. Adobe photoshop for the graphics and PHP for my server-side scripting and MySQL for database

i dont no how to make web page. so i want to learn how to make web page.

I like to mess around and make webpages for my family using Ulead Photo Impact but I don't have a program that will upload them to the internet so I just make them for fun for me. I do have a family website but I just use Tripod to design it. It is very limited but I don't have much time to keep it up anyway.

I also love making webpages... I sometimes use HTML. Do you use the softwares that are original and if so how much do they cost?
