How Importaint is punctuation?...,,'s

Does it bug you when people dont use the proper punction? like just online, like on mylot for example? Or when people are typing too fast and miss a few letters, do you get the gist(idea) of it?

its really important to use punctuation as without it the meaning of a sentence can really change
