What kind of special foods available in your country than other countries?

In my country you can find number of different food items and there is a huge list of items are available in my country and which that items you don't get in your country, in India you can find number of states in the states you can see special items which you don't get them in another states so we have so many resources and we can buy easily with less cost so i would like to know how many special items available in your country.For example in my state we can find Rice easily because that is our first food and you don't rice in another state.
