It's a long story but in a nutshell, my new wireless card isn't powerful enough to reach my house's router so is it possible for me to use the antenna from my old wireless card to add to my new wireless card in some way to increase the range? Both antenna are the same.
Cheers!

you can add an access point between your router and your wireless computer to extend the wireless signal but that kind of setup might decrease the speed of your wireless connection. you can also try using the n technology to extend your wireless network, by the way both devices (router and wireless card) should be using the same technology (which is n technology) to make it work beautifully... :)
