doing more is better than promising more, do you agree

in my opinion, doing more is better than promising more. we should la y more emphasis on what we do and how we can virtually improve the quality of service. only in this way can we make people satisfied with what we do

Absolutley, You can promise to do something all you want but it means nothing if you don't follow through with it.
