Is money booker is really fast to transfer money than paypal?

I haven't got register in money booker till now because i have been using pay pal for a long time and all the cash transactions i do from pay pal so do you think money booker is really fast than pay pal so how long have you been using money booker so did they charge any amount if we do any cash transactions from money booker so pay pal charge some minimum amount per transaction so what are the uses do we get if we use money booker daily.
