I have a few websites they are free to join. like rentacoder.com, guru.com, elance.com. getafreelancer.com. But it's hard to get work, expect you have good reputation, just like ebay.

I am also trying hard to find such jobs for so many days. I tried scriptlance, getafreelancer but did not get any jobs to do. I did not win any bid to do the work basically. You can try as they are free to join and bid. better luck! cheers

Go to oDesk.com. They have all kinds of jobs listed, included data entry. These are legit jobs. It's free to join.
