I want to be a vegetarian. What is a tasty salad and meal in the world for the vegetarian. Can you teach me? I would like to cook ....

A good trick to get your protein and give your salad a little twist is to add crushed peanuts or sunflower seeds.

The best website for recipes is allrecipes.com .People post their reviews and they even have pictures so you can see what it's supposed to look like.They have over 3000 vegetarian recipes.I'm sure you will find what your looking for.
