In looking back I believe the Beatles were very prophetic when they wrote and recorded the song "Nowhere Man"! One verse goes, "He's a real nowhere man, sitting in his nowhere land, making all his nowhere plans for nobody!"
This IMO describes Barack Obama to a "T"! He has virtually come from out of nowhere. As an orator he is beyond reproach except he talks about nothing of any substance whatsoever! He talks CHANGE but never spells anything out! He has a plan but never even gives a prospectus much less a blueprint! He seems to me very much like another musician who walked out of town one day with all of the children following behind! How long will people blindly follow this pied piper?

The song "Nowhere Man" has a good story behind it. It was written by Lennon one day, he was trying to think of words for a song and couldn't get anything. As he got up to go to bed he starting thinking that he was feeling like a Nowhere Man, sitting in Nowhere, with nothing to do. I can not say how this relates to Obama, since I am not american and do not follow american politics.

I'm just afaid someone might shoot the poor guy. He gets compared to Martin Luther King Jr, Abraham Lincoln, and now you're drawing a comparison between him and a John Lennon song. I suppose next you'll tie in Kennedy for good measure. If they're going to shoot anyone it should be Hillary! Just kidding of course I don't want anyone shot. I don't think Obama is so bad but I doubt he has any innovative solutions. A politician is a politician. We just need someone to help restore our faith in this messed up country we call home.

Obama the Nowhere Man I would have never had thought of that one. He man is an open book so people can project their politican positions onto him. People to this day think if Obama gets elected he will pull the troops out the next day. If you listen to what he says he has no plan to pull out the next day. Some say he is a moderate, some say he is a liberal, which one is it. Of course Obama gets offended by being called a liberal, do not know why. If America is becoming a liberal country he should be happy when peole call them a liberal. He really does not have any political positions, that he is tied to, or atlest that is what he keep talking about.

What a great comparison it should be his signature song. Perhaps one of the Obamaites admin will read this and suggest it to their new "Messiah".

So do I and so do many people. When I see him on television he reminds me of the charismatic Damien of the Omen horror movies where the focus was on the anti-Christ being a politician.
Omen III: The Final Conflict is the third installment in a cycle of horror movies documenting the rise and eventual fall of the Antichrist. It follows The Omen and Damien: Omen II as the third film in the Omen series.
Released in 1981, the film charts the progress of the now-adult Damien Thorn to a position of earthly power (becoming United States ambassador to the United Kingdom with an eye on the U.S. Presidency) as a springboard for triggering the Apocalypse.
