Have any of you heard of boomertowne? It's much like my lot except that you earn points for your activity (very easily too!) and trade your points in for gift cards and merchandise.
I am having loads of fun with it.
I need 5 referrals this month to earn 20,000 pts. We can only send invites thru email. If you are interested, please message me your email address and I will send you an invite asap.

sorry but i am a gold member in boomer and this month was especially hard to get my 5 referrals for some reason. i eneded up getting my cousin to sign up yesterday after i begged and pleaded with her lol. good luck and i hope you got yours

Well, I ended up with 6 sign ups, but not sure what their active status is on whether I will get the bonus points or not. None of the 6 seemed to do much past a little in their profile and accept my friend request.
It will be harder now to get referrals with the point raise, but I'm not too worried now, just wanted these bonus points once....now I sit and wait to see if I get them.

If you haven't sent your email to Marsha yet do it because this site is fun and the points are easy to earn. I am on the site, too but am not looking to earn a bunch of anything. They give you points for any thing you do on the site and there are many things on it. It's geared towards baby boomers but was recommended to me by a 25 year old who loves it as well. Hope you got your invites Marsha.

Out of all the posting I've done about it I've only gotten 1 referral this month so I need 4 more :(
Those 20,000 pts would mean a lot to me and my girls since it only would take 12,500 of them to get a $25 gift card!

I saw you commented on one of my posts so I came to your profile to see what new ones you have posted. You don't have to many discussions but I swear I remember your name as being active with you. Maybe it was on another site. I saw this post about boomertown and thought maybe the site was back. I see now that this post is from 2008 haha. Well I did like boomertown but it shut down before I ever earned anything from them. I was bummed about it.
