Hey yall, Just to let yall know if you are trying to lose weight and keeping up with a journal, www.myfitnesspal.com is a good website to go to. I got tired of handwriting my eating plan and fitness program in a paper journal. All I have to do is input what I ate (brand name and type) and the website will automatically input your calories, fat intake, carbohydrates, and so on. For instance, if you get a cup of Kellogs Cornflakes, just input it, search, add the item, and wolla! Your calories, fat, and carbohydrates are there. You can also log in you fitness activity as well. Check it out!

Thank you so much. I signed up. I really need to get my weight back down. I am getting toned up in my arms and legs since I have went to Physical Therapy which is great. My stomach though looks awful. Maybe this will haelp me to watch hom much I am eating.
