After leaving school I was desperate to get out into the world, secure a job and start earning my own money. I listened to family members and reluctantly went to sixth form college to study for further qualifications, to enhance my education. Unfortunately things did not work out for me and I left by mutual agreement about six months later. I was not happy studying any longer than I had to and ultimately that caused problems for me, until I left. After that things were much better for me. I have often wondered what life may have been like had I gone on to study at University, but I know I made the correct decisions for me.
