The discussion will be about routine doctor visits. I am one of those people that believe if it isn't broken do not fix it. I only go to the doctors if I am in severe pain or really sick. Which (knock on wood) hasn't been since I gave birth almost 8 years ago )I consider myself to be in good health. I refuse to go for annual physicals, my family gets on my case all the time, you should go and yada yada. My answer is listen nobody knows my body like I do and that is that. My son said but mom what if you had cancer or something you could find out, hell I don't want to know if I have cancer when it is my time it is my time and that is that. Why do you want to know that you have 6 months left? Do you think you can live a happy 6 months? I DON'T THINK SO. This is why I tell my children and my loved ones I LOVE YOU every day. I have my will in order and also life insurance. Do you go on routine visits? If not why? I just want to see if others think the same way I do.

I have too many doctor's appointments to goto all the time. I have health issues and I think my body hates me. I have a hernated disk in my lower back, have had 4 knee surgeries, one operation on my left foot for tarsel tunnel, carple tunnel in both hands and they are not sure why I have spasms in my arms and legs and I have to take meds for that also. Plus I have major depression and anxiety. I don't have time for a routine visit and as for knowing if I have cancer or not, I am not sure really. I had one test done for MS and that was the longest and scariest time I had to wait for the test results, which came out negative. I was also having an irregular heart beat and I had to wait for the test results there also, which, for my weight, I have a very healthy heart. I have no plaque build up at all.
