It is illegal to sell neopoints, look on the terms and conditions of Neopets. I think some people would buy it, but your account could be cancelled and you could be left with nothing ... is it worth it?

No it is not illegal just against the TOS (terms of service) people do however do it on WOW and Everquest, I would say be careful, or your account might get frozen.

You can and will get frozen; there have been some people that have tried to sell accounts at ebay and the listings were removed. As far as selling items, well, that's what the Trading Post is for but it isn't real world money. I did see someone trying to sell a Draik Egg at ebay, less than an hour later the listing was gone. It wasn't sold, it was just completely deleted.

The last time I saw someone trying to do that was 2-3 years ago.. until I just looked on ebay tonight. it is against neopets terms and conditions to sell your time you used to gain your neopoints and its also against the rules to sell your neopets and your account. so if you care about your "babies" neopets then I would not suggest doing this. my neopets are like my children, sometimes my cybunnies are harder to get along with than my poogles. and I do not even like the redraw of the faerie poogle. or faerie pteri they used to fly in the air now they sit on the floor. yes I have a few side accounts. and I've been playing for 7-8 years.
