It offers $0.02 per click payout $15, but some people say that after requesting payout it doesn't react, is this a scam? I have joined that but don't know whether it's reliable...:(

im sure it is a scam, the best website to earn money is like mylot, you can see its very hard to reach your 10$, that means it is true, but thoose websites that you get 20 dollars a day they usually dont pay you after you reach the minimum payout.
