I can't believe I don't know this

I'm trying to change my profile picture. I've uploaded the picture I want to change it to, but I can't seem to figure out how to change it! Can anyone help?

Go to "edit my preferences" and upload it, I had the same trouble when I first started, I kept forgetting where to go as well...good luck...
