When is the RIGHT TIME to LOVE?

When I was in elementary I thought I was in love. I was wrong. When I reached my high school, I found someone special and thought it was love. But again, I was wrong. Now, I am in my college year, and avoided having that ROMANTIC LOVE. I am just afraid maybe to be involved again to such kind of feeling knowing that I was wrong twice. And it was not easy. It was so painful. Until now, I found no love. I'm waiting for the right time to love. Will I know when?
