Is there an author/writer that has inspired you or encouraged you in life? And I don't just mean their style of writing or topics. Are there any who seem to have awaken the spirit inside you to another level of your being?
Mine will always be Maya Angelou. I chose her on a whim when I was in high school for an English project and by life's little coincidences she was invited by a local college to speak in my home town that same year. I ended up attending that speech and I have to tell you even though I sat in the very back of the auditorium her words rose and stirred something inside of me. At that time I was going through a very tough time emotionally and mentally. ANd I almost did not go that day, but my mother insisted. I honestly think if I hadn't gone I would have chose a different path.
So, who has invoked you to a better path in life? And why?

Honestly, I'm a spy wannabe.
I love how they think and I love their privacy madness. I love spy movies and novels too. I read most of them everytime I grab a book. Ken Follett and Robert Ludlum are the authors that I bow to. They're awesome writers. It's as if you're watching a movie while reading their novels.
