What is so intriguing about this man?

SInce I was 12 years old I have been in love with Sting. It started as an accident b/c my older brother loved listening to the Police, and I always hung out with him. This obsession seemed to grow over the years and I even became obsessed with him as to getting into arguments with people over how influential he is to the music community. There was a point I stopped listening to his music, but that was only after I got lost on a road trip in Indiana on the way to one of his concerts. I drove 13 hours straight and still no Sting. I was so mad I could not hear his music for almost a year and a half. But, last July when the Police reunited (and it was AWESOME) I finally got to see him sing. And I swear he smiled and nodded at me LOL. So who else is obsessed with Sting or the Police? And have you heard of Fiction Plane yet? Because they are great too...with a little tie to my original obsession.
