The purpose of marriage is different. It is the joining of the two souls and two families together. When we get married in India it is actually the marriage of two families. There is that much joy in the marriage rituals and celebrations.
Some of us even prefer to go out together with the family, than going alone to honeymoon. Even if it is an arranged marriage this happens.
For the better or worse we join hands together. But days are changing here also. Divorces are cropping up here and there.. There should be give and take, patience and mutual respect with respect to the new couple. If they have that a marriage can never be a disaster or end in a divorce.

The purpose of getting married is like a partnership for life or so I thought as I have been married twice and divorced the same and they both cheated on me. Not only did I live with them for a few years before I asked them to marry me as soon I signed the paper things started to go wrong. So now I have been on my own for the past 20 years and the things that I miss is the company of honest, faithful and romantic woman for company.

It is said that marriage is not just between two individuals but it is between two families. I beleive in this. There is no need to leave the parents. You are creating newer relationships, Infact when two families come together who have a common factor (their kids), they really relish the relationship.
