I wear sunglasses when I'm on the computer

Why? So I don't get a headache from looking at the screen.Without them a have a headache in a couple of hours.But with them I can be on all day and not get one.My eyes are very light sensitve,when I'm outside I have to wear dark glasses.The ones I use when I'm on the computer aren't as dark but they work well for me.An eye doctor once told me that they were so sensitive to light because of the color,light green.I am very grateful to have good vision.
