ptc running out of money

i have a few good ptc and they all seen to be doing the same thing or is it jut me they are either just disappearing or running low on funds is the ptc world slowly coming to an end i hope not. i need money. and it the easiest for me to do it they are also either running low on fund or alert pay is suspended thir account or they are doing just ads only now. can any one help me out here.
