Are some of my favorite fruits. Today I bought a seedless watermelon for $3.49 and 2 pounds of strawberries for $2.00. I thought they were great prices, and they tasted so good! I will be going back to buy more before the end of the week. Have you found any great sales on your favorite fruits?

Hi OURDEW,
I live in England and today I went to supermarket and bought many kinds of fruit included watermelon, strawberries and cherries as well. I bought watermelon for 3 pounds sterling each which is about 6 USD, a kilo of cherry for 6.55 pounds and that is 13.20 USD and punnet of strawberry for 2 pounds which is about 4 USD. I can hardly find any deal here. Everything has gone up in prices.

cherries do seem to be so much lately and I love them so much . My soon to be hubby always takes them out of the cart when I put them in and will complain . He will buy them every so often though for me.

I found a pretty good deal on mangoes, which I love, but watermelon is soooo, soooo, good. So it won't be long before I make a trek to buy one or two of them. I can get the little ones and actually carry them in. I live downstairs in an apartment, so lugging the big ones is just not in my agenda. : )
