Anyone use medicine cosmetics? Like simple(uk),seba med(Germany)

Since I'm in sensitive skin,I usually use medicine cosmetics,the brands I'v used are simple and seba med. one from UK,the other Germany. Did you have the experience with one of them? Which one you prefer? please response in detail,I want to have the comparison. thanks
