do you think babies are born smarter these days?

It just seems that little ones can do more these days,at a much younger age.Or is it just my imaganation.I don`t have any little ones,but friends come over and we talk about other peoples children,and how quick they`re picking stuff up.

i think so too. its like only 1 year old and these kids can already talk sense.. they seem to always know what they want and how they get it.

yes it seems like they know what their doing before doing it,their control seems to get better at a younger age.it`s almost unbelievable at such a young what they learn.thank you for your responce.

Yes , It come to see these days ...that baby are born smarter these days than before .. they are doing smarter things very early ....and have capability to learn things faster than before .. thanks !!!

Yes, must be with the new techniques of caring pregnant mothers. All the necessary vitamins and minerals needed for child development are now available. After birth, milk are more pack with essential nutrients. This I thinks is why babies are smarter than before.

Yes you are right. I also observed that. Babies are born smarter this time. Maybe its because of the advance care parents do when the baby is still inside the mothers' womb.

The thing is, more information is around and it gets to the kids in different manners. Before kids used to play with balls and such but now they can watch TV, go on the computer and such. Its funny because I babysit a kid who is about 8 and he plays runescape (mmorpg). Its crazy how much he can get out of the community there because of the instant communication, the vocabulary older people use and such. They are not more intelligent, they just have more stuff to pick up
