Blonde? Stupidity?

I am very apology for every Blonde but I don't understand why and how blonde bullied to become an idol/icon/model for stupidity.
I have been reading many jokes and many jokes against blonde.
They're also human like us. and ordinary people. But I do not understand how and why.
Anyone who knows the answer please explain.

well the stories about stupidity and blonde remains to a very old story, and this story seems come from Belgium, and they say that blonde girls are very nice so they keep dreaming about there beauty and they forget the world :D
but it still only a joke
