Anyone use medicine cosmetics? Like simple(uk),seba med(Germany)

Since I'm in sensitive skin,I usually use medicine cosmetics,the brands now I using are simple and seba med.On from UK,the other Germany.Did you have the experience with one of them? which one you prefer? Please response in detail.I want to have a comparison.thanks
