how take the paypal account transmit to my local card

hi,friends. i'm very confuse recently. i don't know how make the paypal's account money transmit to my local cards.because the paypal is just support dollar and europe.it not support RMB exchange. but i live in china,i haven't usa card, so who can tell me how can i do ?

Since you are in China all you can do is wait until you reach a certain amount and request a check.

im from the phil..and havent experience transferring funds from paypal..since i would like to reach first 100 usd before using my paypal to transfer in my account but i do read some testimonies on how to do it from here who are pinoys and its easy..just follow the instructions in paypal on how to do it..and secure the code of your bank locally since it will be ask...hope this will enlighten a little ..
