This is a question that so many people ask and the answer is obvious. Do what you love. I started a landscaping company 4 or 5 years ago. The purpose of the business is to design, install and maintain flower beds. However we do everything right now because we can not be selective. So do what you love and the money will follow. Understand the "Build it and they will come" theory is a crock. You have to work if you want to run your own business. It is easier being an employee. But you have no control of your income.

computer - desktop computer
it depends on what you are more familiar with,i think food business is one business that is a necessity because everyone loves and needs to eat so wherever you place it im sure it will prosper as long as you have good cook and good services rendered to your costumers, computer rentals and repair services is also one good business but have to be knowledgeable in computers and its parts to make it run smoothly.

My suggestion is for you not to go to business if your not ready to lose. If that's your only money then I don't recommend you to get into business. It's tough times. What is it that you like doing that you enjoy even if you don't get anything in return. Any inclinations to anything. If it's something you like doing then failing or not profiting from it would not be that painful.

Hi babymar, just my opinion, i think if you want to start a business, you should start a business that you are good and that you enjoy doing it. you know its really hard to open a business that you are not good with it because its hard to handle things that you do not know

A business will only do well if you are passionate about it. It needs to be something you love, something you enjoy doing and improving, and if your family is the reason, why not make it something your family can help with. Everyone has something to sell you, so be careful. I am working on some ideas myself right now, mostly consulting for women like you.

If you're interested, a man named Derek Gehl was challenged to create an online business in only one week. He accepted and filmed the entire process which has been turned into a four video course. I can give you a link to his website if you want, but by watching them, maybe they can help you on how to get started.

Well, I work on internet as a freelancer. You can decide to become a freelancer too, or partecipate to an affiliation program.
