To CashCrate members, an idea for a team

One website that many here on myLot, including me, are using to earn money is CashCrate. Some people have a lot of referrals and are earning a lot while others aren't. I had an idea to start a team where everyone involved can help each other and that way, we can hopefully get more active referrals.
What do you think about this?
One thing that we can all do is advertise the same website explaining CashCrate. It will have a 'Join CashCrate' link and when someone clicks on it, it will send them to the website by choosing one of our referral links at random.
If I was to start this team, would you be interested to join?
What other ways can you think of that will help?

I would like to do this as I have belonged to CashCrate for almost a year and have no referrals to show for it. I'm willing to be part of a team and help in any way I can even if it only lasts a short time. We may be able to get some active referrals in a short amount of time, who knows? Let me know what I can do. BTW, I'll add you as a friend.
