Hi bella, I also love fudge brownies! Like you said...who doesn't? The only variation I've ever made to my fudge brownies is when I make peanut butter bars (they taste just like those mini reese's peanut butter cups) I chop them up into little cubes and add it into the mix and oh boy are they good! I just like to eat them as is. As for interesting brownie recipes...there are alot I've seen but haven't had the pleasure of trying yet (they are on my list!) But my favourite most fudgelike "brownie" wasn't one at all, but a variation of flourless chocolate cake (which is supposed to be mousse like) this one comes out more like a really rich brownie and woah...I love it.

lol no problem girl! This is the link for it. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Flourless-Chocolate-Cake-II/Detail.aspx Some people put ganache on it but it was sweet enough for me without any topping and so good when put in the fridge!

Oh dear, I have never actually had fudge brownies, I am not a huge cake lover and so this is one thing that I have not tried, am I missing out? Are they nice, I expect I am missing out on something.

I like to add walnuts if no ones allergic and put mini marshmallows on the top about 10 minutes before the end so they all melt. I also love the Ben And Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream, I don't know how they do it but every spoonful seems to have cake in it.

I like brownies and I think Dairy Queen is in league with the devil because every night around 11:30 PM I see their commercial for their ooey, gooey, fudge brownie sundae. 1. Dairy Queen closes at 10 so there is no way I could go get one at the time the commercial airs. 2. Eating that thing is probably over half my caloric intake for the day. 3. I can make one better at home. But I do like brownie. My favorite are Turtle Brownies. Rich fudgey goodness with bands of ooey, gooey, caramal, and pecans. Yummy! You too are in league with the devil Bella. Damn it to bloody hell!

I love fudgey brownies! I guess I don't really have any special way of making them that I like the best. I just like plain chocolate brownies. I do like it though the best when they're really moist and gooey in the center instead of cakey. I know some people like them to have a more cake-like consistency, but I like the fudgey kind the best! Yummy! I pretty much just always have them plain. I think they taste really good with chocolate icing on the top though, too.

Anniepa, If I could send them through the computer I would my dear but unfortunately the disc drive isn't a portal.. and it really doesn't like it when people put food into it. Now Maybe one of these days when I make more than two batches I'll send you one via express mail. LOL!!! Sorry got a wally world close by?

I make cream cheese brownies that are to die for. Most of the time I make the brownies from scratch but if I'm too lazy I use the box and the still turn out amazing. Down home gourmet. Yum!! I might have to go and make some.

You can grow 1 plant in your backyard just like oregano and all the other spices.. hee hee. But you can't let the kids have these kind of brownies, they are for adults only.

I love fudge brownies!!! I also love peanut butter brownies. Hey, check out the two websites: www.hersheys.com and www.reeses.com. Yeah, Hershey, Pennsylvania is the best place in the world for chocolate. I do not know where Mr. Reese first introduced peanut butter chocolate at all. I will have to find out by going to www.wikipedia.org.
