My cousins daughter is going to have the weirdest reasons NOT to do things!

My cousin has been visiting my parents for the last week..she comes up once every couple months when her husband is away working to stay with them and visit. We really enjoy her and her daughter who is now 2.
Her mom is currently potty training her. So the little one is running around without a diaper on. She asked my mom why she has to pee on the potty and not wear a diaper and mom told her thats what big girls do. So then she asks WHY cant she just pee on her leg. So my mom goes and tells her that if she pees on her leg she'll get hairy legs.
After that she turns around and tells my sister to show her her legs (she hadnt shaved for a bit so her legs were hairy) and says look stephy peed on her legs and now she has hairy legs.
Poor katie looked so worried.
Shes also been told that if she picks her nose she'll get a hairy nose. And that Oatmeal crisp keeps away nightmares if you eat if before bedtime.

I think parents just sort of do this.
When I was growing up I was terrified of crossing my eyes for fear they'd stick that way. I think all of us were told something along those lines.
