Question about language???

Okay here on MyLot can you respond in a language other then English? I guess I shouldn't ask can you I should ask is it against MyLot terms to repond or post or comment in any thing except English? I am asking this because we have a new user that is starting discussions in Spanish (I think) and responding in Spanish (again I think). Personally I rather this person now respond to my discussions in what ever language they are using becuase it wastes my time. What would you do if this new user responded to your discussion? Report them or ignore it?? Thanks in advance and all will be rated +

i think we are only allowed to post in english here. there are many people who may not feel so comfortable in english. but they still post in english. i think its against guidelines to post in other languages.
